The new Bird scooter is beginning to show up in San Diego. I spotted a truckload of them being delivered to the park on Tuesday, and took my first ride last night. It’s called the Bird Two, and I found noticeable improvement riding it. This is pretty big news for San Diego, in which the Bird scooter is an important part of life for the flocks of thrill-seeking hedonists who rove our streets. Here’s hoping they get lots of use this summer.
